Outside Essay Reminder

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Just a reminder that the outside essay is due on February 2.  Remember to review the:

(Please be advised that this semester I will be very tough in regards to following the rubric.  I expect proper source citations and formatting otherwise you will not receive the appropriate rubric score)

Don't forget that you must use the appropriate Chicago style formatting:

Also remember that you need to use credible academic sources.  Good places to start are:

JSTOR while on Leland campus
JSTOR while off campus
Google Scholar
Avoid .com sources --> .edu & .org are much more credible.

It might be a good idea to check out the Tips for a Superior Essay to ensure the best possibility for a solid essay.
