Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Today in class we will wrap up our discussion and writing activity for Turner's Frontier Thesis.  After that we will be watching Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee and answering questions after we watch certain segments of the film.  This is an important chapter in U.S. history and is relevant today regarding the treatment and status of American Indians in our country.  Do your best to pay attention and understand what happens here.  Always wonderful to see you all!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.

Objectives:
  1. View and discuss the plight of the American Indians and the U.S. policy towards this group during the late 1800s
